- More than 31 years of audit, tax and consulting experience
- Joined Weaver and Tidwell in 2004 after having served as tax partner with two national CPA firms and founding his own firm in the late 1980's
- Significant practice concentration in providing tax compliance, tax planning and consulting services to the real estate industry as well as related industries such as construction, architectural and property management
- Assistance for public and private clients specifically in strategic planning and operation of real estate related entities including entity selection, tax planning and the selection of tax accounting methods, alternative techniques for asset acquisition and other profit enhancement techniques
- Consults with respect to the acceleration of depreciation using cost allocation studies
