11/01/2007 - Weaver and Tidwell Promotes Jayna Bovre to Director of Operations
DALLAS-FORT WORTH, TEXAS - Weaver and Tidwell, L.L.P., announces the promotion of Jayna Bovre to director of operations. With offices in Dallas, Fort Worth and Houston, Weaver and Tidwell is ranked by Practical Accountant magazine as the Southwest’s largest regional independent accounting firm.
In her new position, Bovre will oversee all areas of operations including Marketing, Information Services, Administration, Finance and Human Resources.
She joined Weaver and Tidwell in 2004 and brings a history of leadership experience to this position, most recently serving as the director of Information Services at Weaver and Tidwell. She led the implementation of various technology projects including Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephony system, dual monitors for tax and SharePoint for Internet.

Prior to joining Weaver and Tidwell, Bovre worked for Virchow, Krause and Company, LLP in Madison, Wis., as a project management manager where she managed all levels of project management, including a team of project management professionals. She initially joined the organization as a systems analyst and moved up to business analyst project manager as well.
Bovre earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in computer systems from the University of Wisconsin at Whitewater graduating cum laude.
